Head of Medical Human Resources

Teladoc Health is a global, whole person care company that is transforming the healthcare experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Policy and Program Manager.
This critical role will be responsible for assessing and anticipating our HR and Workplace needs, acting as a liaison between our HRBP's, Workplace and People teams. The successful candidate will leverage their strategic HR skills to develop solutions that align our HR programs and policies with our high-level business objectives and company culture.

This is a hybrid role, working remotely as well as 2-3 days a week from either our Lewisville, TX or Chicago, IL location. The successful candidate will identify and recommend continuous improvements to HR policies, programs, and processes to drive efficiencies and take the experience for our employees to the next level.
They will partner with local and international people leaders to prioritize their people initiatives, give input into company-wide People projects, and help execute talent management programs across regions. The candidate will collaborate with HR leadership to implement innovative people process programs that are simple and scalable.
Key responsibilities will include providing strategic partnership to Talent Management and engagement, being an internal consultant across all business groups, and partnering with our legal department as needed for due diligence with M&A and the Compliance department for internal audits and general company compliance initiatives.
The successful candidate will analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and processes. They will assist in driving various HR initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, and CSR programs. They will work closely with HR leadership to continually build morale and increase productivity and retention.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of HR generalist experience working in a fast-paced environment, with in-depth knowledge and expertise in multiple HR specialties. They will have experience setting up internal people policies, systems, and procedures in a growing company. They will be able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, and to juggle several projects with a spirit of flexibility and positive outlook.
