Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a Business Analyst role or similar, with demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, process enhancement, and documentation.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with SDLC, SIT, and UAT testing processes, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
