First International Bank and Trust is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the building remains in good condition
* Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner
* Manage the calendar for planned events
* Assist with supervision of contracted work
* Replace filters for air handling units, refrigerators, and drinking fountains
* Notify management of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment
* Clean snow and debris from sidewalks
* Maintain exterior grounds
* Sweep and scrub floors
* Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
* Dust furniture and equipment
* Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork
* Spot wash windows, door panels, and sills
**Qualifications:**
