This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. You must have a valid driver's license and possess the necessary tools to perform repairs. Additionally, experience using shop equipment like lifts, tire-changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools is essential.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of vehicle maintenance experience.
  • ASE certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with trade school education being advantageous.
