Job Title: UX Researcher

At Thunderbolt Inc, we're seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in further developing customer integration into decision-making processes within the bank in Moreno Valley.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user interactions with our digital platforms and channels to identify weaknesses and optimization potential.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digitalization and TARGOBANK Digital Factory departments to drive customer-centric innovation.
  • Lead UX research projects independently, taking responsibility for all project phases.
  • Select and manage research institutes, ensuring seamless communication with all relevant interfaces.
  • Present and communicate study results, advising departments on key findings.
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in social sciences, psychology, communication design, or a related field.
  • Analytical approach and ability to creatively engage with new tasks and questions.
  • Several years of professional experience, particularly in conducting UX research projects, with experience in institute research being advantageous.
  • Extensive expertise in applying various UX research methods, including implicit methods, and solid knowledge of methods in empirical social research.
  • Confident, empathetic, and professional demeanor, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and win over others.
  • Strong ability to present results in a target group-oriented manner, paired with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using SPSS, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of online survey tools being beneficial.
