Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICF Residential Aide to join our team at Progress Industries. As a Residential Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Implement Individualized Support Plans: Work closely with individuals to develop and implement personalized support plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Teach Life Skills: Provide training and support to help individuals develop essential life skills, such as communication, domestic skills, and community living skills.
  • Document Progress: Maintain accurate and detailed records of individual progress, including successes and challenges.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless care and support for individuals.
Requirements:
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation is necessary for transporting individuals to appointments and activities.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
