Our team has proudly assisted over 750,000 target shooters, offering comprehensive gunsmithing services and a diverse range of training programs with thousands of satisfied alumni.

Availability: Candidates must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A minimum age of 18 is required.

Work Schedule: This role demands a full-time commitment of at least 32 hours weekly, including weekends and certain holidays. While we strive for scheduling flexibility, weekend availability is essential. Please note that the facility will be closed on specific holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Master the point of sale system while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Facilitate the sale of lane rentals, firearm rentals, shooting accessories, and retail products.
  • Guide customers through their experience, ensuring a safe and enjoyable visit.
  • Uphold range safety and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the range by completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of firearms and proficiency is advantageous.
  • NRA Range Safety Officer certification is desirable.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and persuasive abilities.
  • Proven experience operating a cash register.
  • Knowledge or training in the safe handling, storage, and troubleshooting of firearms.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs or more and stand for extended periods.

Supervision: This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities.
