The Providence team is seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant II to perform a variety of tasks in patient care and administrative support. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Assist with health unit coordination, including maintaining accurate records and communicating with healthcare teams.
- Support the nursing team with tasks such as preparing patients for procedures and transporting patients to and from appointments.
Requirements:
- CNA certification and/or Health Unit Coordinator training.
- Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Course.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Texas Nurse Aide certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and/or Health Unit Coordinator.
