Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Assist with health unit coordination, including maintaining accurate records and communicating with healthcare teams.
  • Support the nursing team with tasks such as preparing patients for procedures and transporting patients to and from appointments.

Requirements:

  • CNA certification and/or Health Unit Coordinator training.
  • Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Course.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Texas Nurse Aide certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and/or Health Unit Coordinator.
