Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) at MemorialCare Health System provides exceptional patient care through the healthcare experience, adhering to established standards and utilizing the nursing process. This role is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families.

The RN will be responsible for assessing patients, developing written plans of care, implementing patient care, evaluating and revising care as needed, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based practices to ensure safe and effective patient care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Evaluate and revise care plans as necessary

Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of experience in pediatric and/or women's hospital settings is preferred. The RN must hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in California and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is required, unless waived by the nurse executive council review. Additional certifications may be required within six months of hire.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this position is $47-$73 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and shift differentials.
