We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our team at Molina Healthcare.
Job Summary:
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and resolve complex issues and escalations.
- Provide technical expertise to coworkers and handle elevated escalations.
- Work with multiple contact center communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and off-phone work.
- Assist agents with questions and escalated contacts.
- Establish clear metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for agent performance.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 7-9 years.
What We Offer:
- Estimated salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
