Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our team at Molina Healthcare.

Job Summary:

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and resolve complex issues and escalations.
  • Provide technical expertise to coworkers and handle elevated escalations.
  • Work with multiple contact center communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and off-phone work.
  • Assist agents with questions and escalated contacts.
  • Establish clear metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for agent performance.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 7-9 years.

What We Offer:

  • Estimated salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
  • Benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
