Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Arrowhead Clinic. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our chiropractic practitioners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Spanish and English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical office environment.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement and a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and record patient medical histories, vitals, and test results while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Coordinate daily administrative activities, including scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and patient medical record maintenance.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for clinical examinations and assist practitioners with medical procedures and other patient care.
  • Deliver compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and families.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or above.
  • Basic understanding of patient care and clerical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Availability to travel between chiropractic clinics is necessary.
