Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of travel sports coaches and manage program execution.
  • Design and facilitate training and educational programs for coaching staff.
  • Organize player selection and tryout processes.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to support the comprehensive growth of scholar athletes.
  • Establish player development timelines and uphold conduct standards for coaches.
  • Create and implement educational programs for coaches.
  • Provide on-field assistance and foster positive relationships with coaching personnel and parents.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in coaching youth travel sports.
  • Proven experience in managing coaching teams and overseeing large-scale programs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and various coaching methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of periodization and the holistic development of scholar athletes.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000.
