Area Business Development Director

We are excited to offer a Regional Supervisor position in our dynamic and growing organization. As a Regional Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams. You will work closely with Restaurant Managers to achieve business objectives, provide coaching and development opportunities, and promote a culture of excellence.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a strong understanding of company financials, marketing requirements, and product launches. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth by developing and executing strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to Restaurant Managers, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Develop and implement effective action plans to address underperformance, ensuring correction of underperforming individuals/teams.
- Promote a culture of excellence, encouraging high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
