Job Details

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and corporate representatives. This individual will also be proficient in using a calculator, computer, and other equipment necessary for the role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise employees to maintain high-quality customer service standards.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using calculators and computers as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
  • Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture.
  • Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
  • Background check is required.
