We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Clerk to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining constant communication between our branch team members and clients, creating a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with maintenance of patient files and sort and file physician orders and all clinical documentation.
Provide administrative support to the specialty team, including typing, faxing, and tracking physician's orders, discharging patients from service, and filling paperwork in the correct sections of medication.
Call patients to confirm delivery and coordinate with internal team members, documenting discussions in progress notes and rescheduling patients for subsequent deliveries.
Track patient pumps, swapping them out when due for PM and retrieving them when patients discharge from services.

Requirements:

Minimum one year of customer service experience.
Minimum one year of experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
Experience in home health and/or healthcare industry.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and pay close attention to detail.
