Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons during procedures, maintaining a safe and sterile environment
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and dignity
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered, with accurate documentation

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech - First Assist
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Surgical Technology
  • Certifications may be required, depending on facility requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with occasional close supervision
