Key Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers and fillers.
- Apply finishes to various parts and assemblies, including topcoats, primers, and paint fillers.
- Ensure that all work meets our quality standards by visually inspecting surfaces for discrepancies and making necessary repairs.
- Work with a team to complete tasks and projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest painting techniques and technologies, and share knowledge with the team to improve our processes and outcomes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft spray painting or equivalent experience in manufacturing spray painting.
- Experience painting overall topcoat on completed aircraft preferred.
- Team-oriented, self-driven, and safety-conscious individual with a strong attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet and/or exceed quality expectations.
