Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Willow Bridge Property Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep of our apartment community.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect the property daily to ensure cleanliness and maintain a high level of presentation.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairs.
  • Assist with apartment make-readies, including trash removal, caulking, and appliance installation.
  • Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
  • Perform light painting duties as directed.
  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in groundskeeping, caretaking, or janitorial preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb stairs regularly.
