Job Summary:

The Director of Behavioral Supports will oversee the Behavioral Supports Department, supervising a team of Behavior Specialists and providing ABA therapies to adults with developmental disabilities. This role requires strong organizational skills, positive communication skills, and a passion for making a positive difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Behavior Specialists and provide ABA therapies to adults with developmental disabilities
  • Accurately document client observations to complete functional behavioral assessments and develop comprehensive behavior/treatment plans
  • Model and train direct support staff on plan implementation and data trending analysis
  • Oversee the Behavioral Supports Department and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Masters degree and BCBA certification required
  • Supervisory experience required
  • 3-5 years experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis
  • Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks/drug screen
  • Clear tuberculosis screening
  • A valid driver's license, no more than 5 points or DUI in last 3 years
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
