Our facility is equipped to handle both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, as well as a variety of modifications and installations, ensuring we meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the timely procurement of parts and materials essential for servicing aircraft by accurately forecasting needs and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Manage core and warranty-related issues and programs.
  • Initiate stock transport orders as necessary.
  • Engage with external vendors to verify customer enrollment in special programs, including warranty services.
  • Ensure external vendors adhere to pricing agreements as per contracts.
  • Facilitate the timely delivery of products to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Support the training of colleagues on relevant systems and supplier programs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with various stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation or materials management sector, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with MRP systems or similar training.
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory forecasting and analysis is preferred.
