About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Specialize in activities relating to maintenance and improvement of building utility systems, including electrical wiring and control systems, HVAC, water supply, and related pipe systems.
  • Support the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
  • Carpentry experience is a must.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Commitment to customer service.
  • Expert technical knowledge of one or more of the following: electricity and national electrical codes, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and/or sprinkler systems.
  • Valid driver's license.

Pay Range

$29.00/hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
