Job Summary:

MARS Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Document Reviewer Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating, acknowledging, and shipping out contracts in support of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and remove individual paperwork that is not needed, ensuring the correct contract is shipped to the intended recipient.
  • Shipping contracts is a significant portion of the duties associated with this role, requiring attention to detail and a strong understanding of logistics.
  • Work within our system to create and utilize FedEx shipping labels to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Additional Duties:

  • Maintenance and updating of correct addresses, refiling contracts, document return mail, reshipment of contracts, and locating contracts placed in 'Hold' status.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Team Leader and/or Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalency required.
  • 1-2 years prior mail handling experience or customer services experience required.
  • Strong ability to coordinate and prioritize work under tight time constraints.
  • High degree of accuracy; ability to optimally work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team worker with proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a manner consistent with privacy laws and regulations.
  • Ability to multi-task, navigate using various systems.
