Key Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships - Establish a professional one-on-one working relationship with clients to aid in eliminating challenges that are hindrances to obtaining and retaining employment.
  • Case Management - Provide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up to ensure positive outcomes and goals are met as required by contract.
  • Workshop Facilitation - Facilitate all professional development workshops to help clients develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen careers.
  • Database Management - Maintain an organized database of clients and keep detailed documentation of all contacts with clients.
  • Referrals and Support - Provide individualized assessment of work and referrals to appropriate community service or social service agencies when needed.
Requirements
  • Education - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in education, social services, healthcare, and/or communications.
  • Experience - Two years of experience in career advisement and development, workshop facilitation, developing workforce curriculum, public speaking, and content development.
  • Skills - Strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
