Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our team at DARCARS Automotive Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling parts to customers, assisting with orders, and maintaining a clean and organized parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell parts to customers, both in-store and over the phone
  • Assist with orders, including pulling parts from stock and submitting emergency orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department, including bins, aisles, and storage areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work effectively with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Process returns and issue credit slips as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an automotive retail parts position
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment screen
