Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Summit LTC. As a key member of our care-giving team, you will interact directly with patients, providing comfort and transportation, monitoring their vital signs and assisting with daily living needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
  • Assist with transportation and mobility needs of patients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course and maintained in good standing.
  • Possession of a current valid Texas driver's license or regular means of transportation to and from work.
  • One year of experience as a nursing assistant in a skilled rehabilitation, skilled nursing or Long-Term Care (LTC) environment preferred.
  • Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
