About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Automotive Service Technician to join our team, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and repair work to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and more.
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs, and explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
  • Inspect and test new vehicles, and record findings to ensure necessary repairs can be made.
Qualifications
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Certified preferred.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment, including wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic equipment, and more.
