Position Summary
The Dispatcher position is pivotal in managing the allocation of supervisors, leads, drivers, and installers to various assignments based on project requirements and labor assessments.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Evaluate labor assessments to efficiently distribute work crews
  • Plan and organize labor services ahead of time
  • Relay work assignments to field staff and subcontractors in a timely manner
  • Maintain adaptability in scheduling to manage unexpected changes
  • Collaborate with supervisors to fulfill manpower requirements
  • Assign vehicles to field teams as necessary
  • Review project details to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
  • Engage with field crews to ensure effective communication and coordination
Required Skills and Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in the contract furniture sector or logistics management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask efficiently
  • Positive demeanor and capability to navigate challenges
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Adept at managing shifting priorities and performing under pressure
  • Committed to continuous learning and personal development
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
Compensation Range
$25 - $35 per hour
