Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare doughs and various products such as lemonade and specialty items.
  • Shape and twist pretzels to perfection.
  • Season and prepare pretzels for baking.
  • Manage the baking process by monitoring ovens for optimal cooking times and product quality.
  • Prepare specialty pretzel offerings.
  • Prepare beverages and package customer orders efficiently.
  • Maintain a friendly and respectful demeanor towards customers and colleagues at all times.
  • Accurately operate cash registers in accordance with established procedures.
  • Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies for daily operations.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and storage of equipment and supplies at the end of shifts.
  • Follow cleaning and maintenance protocols as directed by the shift supervisor.
  • Adhere to Auntie Anne's grooming standards and dress code.
  • Comply with all company policies and applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Perform all essential job functions safely and effectively, following Auntie Anne's operational guidelines.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Must exhibit a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and an outgoing personality. Reliable transportation and accessibility via phone are required. Must meet age requirements for equipment operation as mandated by state and federal laws.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform the tasks outlined; capable of standing for extended periods, working with agility, occasionally working long hours, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour
