Job Title: Night Auditor

At Comfort Suites Rochester, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions, reviewing and compiling management reports, and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile financial and statistical reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports, including the Daily Operating Report and Discount Programs.
  • Audit and reconcile all Front Desk and Food & Beverage Cashier's work.
  • Consolidate and transmit credit card transactions on a timely basis.
  • Prioritize job functions to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of all numbers reported.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Guest Service Experience preferred.
  • Computer knowledge/skills required.
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
