Job Title: Patient Care Consultant

About the Role:

The Patient Care Consultant is a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a unique shopping experience that drives sales results. As a Patient Care Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for patrons and patients, providing concierge-level service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Lead tours of the sales floor, making product recommendations based on ongoing research and knowledge of available products
  • Retain comprehensive knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests
  • Abide by product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies, as well as regulatory agency compliance
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing as needed
  • Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals are met by designated timelines

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with customer service in retail
  • Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone and in-person
  • Occasional local travel may be required

Work Environment:

This is a seasonal position, and the work environment is fast-paced and dynamic. The Patient Care Consultant will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and move around the store as needed. The role also requires occasional bending, stooping, and squatting.
