About the Role: As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with Epic Homehealth Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in patients' lives. With a focus on providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to a diverse population.

This Per Diem position offers flexibility and autonomy, with visits ranging from 20-30 minutes and a competitive hourly rate of $50-$60 per visit. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in a Hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility setting, with a strong background in home health and excellent clinical expertise.

You will be required to maintain accurate documentation, obtain necessary certifications and licenses, and adhere to company policies and procedures. In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in a Hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
  • Valid LVN License/Certificate and BLS Certification.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow company policies and procedures.
