INNOVA NW primarily focuses on commercial projects, while also servicing the residential sector. We are currently seeking a proficient low voltage technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities will include the installation of fire, security, audio/visual, and communication systems, as well as other low voltage systems across various commercial and residential projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will represent our company on-site and interact with builders, other trades, and clients.

Key Knowledge Areas:

  • Intrusion, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Surveillance Systems
  • Data Networking and Communication Infrastructure
  • Relays, Digital and Analog Circuits
  • Power Supply and Distribution Systems
  • Wire Termination, Labeling, and Management Techniques
  • Proficiency with Electronic Testing Equipment and Power Tools
  • Ability to Interpret Blueprints, Schematics, and Technical Documentation

Qualifications:

  • Oregon LEA or LEB License (LEA Preferred)
  • Preferred Washington EL06 License
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in low voltage installations
