Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including refrigeration and air conditioning units.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure systems are running at peak efficiency.
  • Utilize technical expertise to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and use technical documents and work packages to document work performed.
  • Schedule and report on work completed, including customer and management briefings.
  • Connect and test electrical and mechanical components, including motors, compressors, and temperature controls.
  • Accurately document work performed, including condition-found reports and service orders.
  • Provide supervision, leadership, and guidance to junior personnel as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School or GED graduate required.
  • Universal EPA Certification.
  • Five (5) years experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • Completion of an apprentice program or military equivalent.
  • Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
  • Pass background screening to qualify for TWIC & DBIDS for base access.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite programs.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen.
