Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile processes for one or more Scrum Teams, ensuring delivery and releases are within scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience guiding and coaching Scrum Teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile process for one or more Scrum Teams to ensure delivery and releases are within scope.
  • Develop and improve the development process, product quality, and quantity of work delivered.
  • Guide and coach Scrum Teams to achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a related field.
  • Seven (7) years of relevant experience (Scrum Master certification preferred).
