About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Law Firm Administrator to join our team at the Law Office of Deidra Haynes. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the day-to-day operations of the Firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of administration, personnel, finances, facilities, spreadsheets, and business systems.
  • Work closely with the Owner and key staff on strategy, policy, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control the day-to-day operations of the Firm.
  • Direct the implementation of Firm policies.
  • Improve both our people and our systems.

  • Have keen conflict resolution skills.
  • Creating spreadsheets regarding finances, data, profit, and losses.

Requirements
  • Experience in the management of people and business budgets.
  • System management and process refinement to ensure matters are handled appropriately.
  • Spreadsheet and creating data regarding the firm's income metrics.
  • Employee engagement leadership and supervision.
  • Measuring what matters and using common financial reports to make business decisions.
  • Managing vendors such as bookkeepers, accountants, and technology services.
