OverviewAs a Supply Chain Program Manager at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives that leverage advanced technologies throughout our supply chain. This position is essential for improving operational efficiencies and securing a competitive advantage in the industry.
Primary Responsibilities- Project Management and Oversight: Manage the complete project lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee budgets, provide transparent updates to senior leadership, and lead effective meetings with clear objectives to ensure timely project completion.
- Strategic Leadership: Direct and manage strategic technology initiatives, including pilot projects, enhancements, and automation strategies, in alignment with corporate goals to boost operational efficiencies across the Supply Chain.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors, ensuring that project objectives are clearly communicated and met.
- Change Management: Spearhead change management efforts that integrate new technologies and processes across the Supply Chain, driving improvements in efficiency and responsiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; a master's degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Experience leading project teams of three or more individuals.
- Direct experience in supply chain management practices.
- Familiarity with SCM software and tools.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and promoting team collaboration.
- Willingness to travel domestically 45-60% of the time to various project locations, including weekends as necessary.

- Position requires considerable time spent sitting and using a computer (keyboard, mouse, monitor).
- Occasional physical activities may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
- May involve occasional lifting, lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20 lbs.
This role is classified as safety-sensitive. Therefore, candidates receiving a conditional offer of employment will be required to pass a drug screening.
