Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Support the sales and profitability of our grocery department by building displays, rotating merchandise, and ensuring that all products are properly priced and signed.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries, as well as handling damaged or discontinued items according to company policy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve job performance and contribute to the success of the store team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
