Job Responsibilities: As an Advanced Practice Provider Fellow, you will work closely with our experienced clinical team to develop your skills and knowledge in pediatric clinical practice. Your responsibilities will include providing direct care to patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree or higher in nursing with a concentration in a pediatric or family nurse practitioner program, or a graduate of a nationally accredited physician assistant program. You should also have at least one year of work experience in a pediatric or family-focused clinical area and hold active licensure as a registered nurse and advanced registered nurse practitioner in the State of Washington. A strong background in acute care pediatric nursing is preferred.
