We are seeking highly skilled Construction Mechanics to join our team at the U.S. Navy. As a Construction Mechanic, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing the fleet's boats, vehicles, and equipment.

Job Summary:

As a Construction Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment failures, repairing and maintaining diesel and gasoline engines, and performing other tasks required in combat and disaster preparedness or recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair engine and mechanical systems
  • Maintain and repair chassis, frames, and bodies
  • Work with hoisting and jacking equipment, power tools, measuring instruments, gauges, and meters
  • Maintain and repair tires, batteries, brakes, and valves
