Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at Holy Cross Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating head or body X-ray scanners to create high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT procedures accurately and proficiently, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate PACS and RIS systems to manage patient information and imaging data.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of computer language and cross-sectional anatomy.
  • Practice proper sterile technique and adhere to infection control guidelines.
  • Interact efficiently and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Administer contrast media under the direction of a physician, recognizing signs of contrast reaction and responding accordingly.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Radiology Technologist is required.
  • Experience as a CT Technologist is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively under stressful situations.
  • Florida CRT Radiology license, ARRT, and BLS certification are required.
