Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit team on a full-time night shift basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients and families in diverse acute healthcare settings.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients.
  • Delegate nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
