Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to all customers visiting the dealership.
  • Assist the Parts and Accessories manager in achieving sales and profitability objectives.
  • Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
  • Handle phone inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain merchandise displays to ensure they are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Inform customers about ongoing promotions, new arrivals, and suggest complementary products.
  • Guide customers in identifying their Parts and Accessories needs and research items in catalogs.
  • Develop and share expertise on all Parts and Accessories products, including parts history and motorsport services.
  • Collaborate with Service Technicians to meet their Parts and Accessories requirements.
  • Notify service staff when special orders or back-ordered items arrive.
  • Keep the Parts and Accessories Department organized and tidy.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Treat all customers and colleagues with fairness, respect, and courtesy.
  • Be punctual and flexible with scheduling.
  • Stay updated on Parts and Accessories merchandising and inventory management as directed by the Parts Manager.
  • Follow instructions and work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale systems and inventory management software, or a willingness to learn.
  • Capability to look up parts and provide accurate pricing using appropriate catalogs.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Submission of a resume and completion of an online assessment are necessary for consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
