Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to all customers visiting the dealership.
- Assist the Parts and Accessories manager in achieving sales and profitability objectives.
- Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
- Handle phone inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain merchandise displays to ensure they are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, new arrivals, and suggest complementary products.
- Guide customers in identifying their Parts and Accessories needs and research items in catalogs.
- Develop and share expertise on all Parts and Accessories products, including parts history and motorsport services.
- Collaborate with Service Technicians to meet their Parts and Accessories requirements.
- Notify service staff when special orders or back-ordered items arrive.
- Keep the Parts and Accessories Department organized and tidy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Treat all customers and colleagues with fairness, respect, and courtesy.
- Be punctual and flexible with scheduling.
- Stay updated on Parts and Accessories merchandising and inventory management as directed by the Parts Manager.
- Follow instructions and work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale systems and inventory management software, or a willingness to learn.
- Capability to look up parts and provide accurate pricing using appropriate catalogs.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Submission of a resume and completion of an online assessment are necessary for consideration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
