Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team in Somerville, Massachusetts.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to cutting-edge research in cardiac imaging.
Key Responsibilities- Perform echocardiographic analysis of heart size and function with high precision and accuracy.
- Implement and document technical QC/QA procedures, ensuring reproducibility and quality of results.
- Assist with the creation, testing, and validation of study-specific databases and analysis software.
- Participate in lab-wide and project-specific meetings, contributing to the development of research protocols and strategies.
- Provide technical research support as needed, collaborating with the CICL Directors to advance the research scope of the CICL.
- BS and Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Echocardiographic lab in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Experience in cardiac strain analysis preferred.
- Strong research design and analytical skills, with the ability to interact well with staff for smooth lab flow and genuine cooperation.
