Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate various equipment including printers, copiers, and packaging machines with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Accurately process transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges using the store's computerized system.
  • Package and ship customer orders using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe transportation.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization by restocking supplies, cleaning counters, and keeping work areas tidy.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, notifying management of low stock, and placing orders as needed.
  • Provide information to customers about store policies, products, and services.
  • Follow proper procedures for handling and documenting customer complaints and issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and marketing initiatives.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
