The Role:
Experienced Associates in Private Client Services (PCS) support a wide range of sophisticated clients, including some of the Wealthiest Families in the US, Family Offices, Owner Operated Business Entities, Alternative Investment Fund Principals, Trusts, and Estates.

Experienced Associates can expect to engage in the Tax Preparation, Planning, Consulting, and Research processes; receive formal PCS and on-the-job training in daily interactions with top tax leaders to learn more about legislative changes, wealth transfer techniques, charitable giving strategies, buy/sell agreement planning, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our firm offers competitive base compensation, a benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines.

For individuals hired to work in Greenwich, the expected salary range for this role is $75,000 to $115,100; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.

Benefits:
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our firm's 401(k) plan upon hire. We offer paid time off, beginning at 160 hours annually, and provide twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Compensation:
In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance, a discretionary long-term cash incentive program, and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.

The Requirements:
1+ year of relevant tax experience;
Bachelors and/or relevant advanced degree;

Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related (Preferred)
Minimum

GPA:
3.0.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities;
Self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communication; and
Proficient use of technology.
