As a Registered Nurse - Psychology, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct clinical patient care to patients with various psychological needs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting is preferred.
