Transportation Specialist

This logistics position requires a skilled professional who can safely transport heating oils from our distribution center to retail customers across the metropolitan area.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure all trucks are well-maintained and ready for service.
- Determine the most efficient routes for delivering products, minimizing delays and reducing fuel consumption.
- Prioritize deliveries to meet schedule commitments and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of safety within the team by adhering to regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar truck driving role.
- Holding a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Familiarity with local transportation laws and regulations.
- A clean driving record and willingness to undergo periodic background checks and drug screenings.
Our compensation package includes a base salary of $70,000 annually, plus additional benefits and incentives based on performance.
