About the Opportunity

We invite medical professionals to join our cooperative volunteering program in Talara, Peru. This project focuses on addressing health problems in local communities through a path of sustainability.

Our partner organization is driving development in poor coastal communities through environmental, educational, and socio-economic projects. The local population faces various health issues, including respiratory problems, infections, viruses, birth control, and sanitation issues.

In response to these challenges, we have established a medical volunteering program alongside the Lobitos Medical Post and the Talara Hospital. Our aim is to provide quality healthcare services to the community and create a positive impact.

Estimated Salary: $1,466 (first 2 weeks) + $608 (each week thereafter) for in-person placement, or $1,081 (first 2 weeks) + $415 (each week thereafter) for online placement.
