Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Provide support with ambulation, mobility, and transfers
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping duties
  • Collect and report information about client conditions and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical endurance to complete required tasks
