We are seeking a friendly and courteous Beverage Server to join our team at Silver Slipper Casino. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Receive and understand beverage orders, relay drink orders to bartenders.
- Know what brands of liquor, beer, and wine are offered as complimentary beverages.
- Carry and balance a full tray of beverages.
- Keep glasses picked up and the area clear of paper and other debris as time permits.
- Circulate throughout assigned work station on a continuous basis.
- Never serve two drinks at the same time to one person; never serve a beer and a shot.
- Be aware of intoxicated guests and stay current on responsible serving practices.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
